  Had a large group. Apologized before hand because we are a rowdy crowd. Went in around 10 pm and a Friday night. Bar had steady customers and floor was barely sat. Waited 30-35 minutes for alcohol beverages. never got our appetizer. Good was over cooked. Ordered a 6oz steak med-rare got it well done. My husband complained to one of our friends that was with us about the time in the beer and Waitress was completely rude to him and all but said he lied about how long we were waiting for our beers. All in all, terrible experience. Will not go again.

  I was an employee here. This has to be next to Macaroni Grill as the worst places to ever work! The food sucks! You're better off eating at home or going somewhere else.
  
  The food is horrible. Out of 40 tables at least 10 will send the food back. The daytime cook overcooks EVERYTHING. Even with one table in the restaurant the cooks and wait staff have no sense of urgency. A piece of plastic was found in a salad. Surprisingly the guest was very cordial about it. God bless him. Expiration labels are simply removed and expired product is labeled with a new sticker numerous times. The burgers are pathetic. The ribs are a pathetic excuse for a slab. All the food is pretty much the same frozen stuff you'd buy in the Walmart frozen section, but worse quality. I didn't look but probably all says "Not for human consumption". Lol.
  
  Servers eat off of your plate on the line. They touch your food. I've never seen gloves worn by ANYONE EVER. I think me and one other employee were the only ones who washed their hands.
  
  I think I was one of the only people who actually cares about the guests. Servers have a "You'll get it when I give to you" mentality.
  
  The entire management team is incompetent and yells at their employees.
  
  Don't invest in this establishment; surely they are going bankrupt.
